Good evening guys. I just got back from a heavy and sweaty leg work-out session and feel a bit chatty as I’m sitting on the couch with my Macbook on my lap and a trashy Tv-Show on. Initially I wanted to skip the training today because the sudden rise of temperatures gave me quite a bad headache and made me feel all floppy. But now that I’ve completed my workout , the aches are gone and I feel satisfied and exhausted ( in a good way) at the same time,phew. Love this feeling since it’s a precursor that I’ll have a great sleep later.
My work-out today inspired me to finally start writing the article about my weight-loss journey,my workouts and meals. What will be quite challenging though is to find before-pictures of me that are not freaking me out and are somewhat acceptable to be shared 😉 In the meantime I’ll have this this detail shot from tomorrow’s outfit post for you and I hope you’re gonna like it as much as I do.
