When you find your reason to change, you find that pulse and passion deep within that pushes and motivates you to succeed, despite all drawbacks you have to face. Exceed new limits and find power in all of your daily choices. Accept no excuses but only results. This is what keeps you going and this is what will keep you from failing.
A change is always related to struggles and adapting myself to a new meal and work-out program always requires a little extra effort at first. And even more, when there’s a shift of seasons happening: the days are getting shorter, the nights and days are getting colder and all you want is to snuggle on the couch with hot chocolate and cookies. Leaving the house for a gym session gets a bit harder and eating right a bit more difficult. At least for me. But as we know, change only happens when things are getting difficult and nothing worth achieving will grow from the easy,so I’m sticking to the plan even with things getting more demanding.
And since the results spoke for themselves during my last check-up, I’m not going to give up anytime soon. Not being where I want to be yet, gives me enough motivation to push through the dark season with all of it’s hindrances. I even set myself new goals to reach after achieving everything I initially wanted , when starting this journey in March this year. To give you an example : The plan was to get my body-fat percentage under 20%by the end of the year, now there’s still two and a half months of 2015 left and I find myself with 16,7%. Succeeded I’d say Small steps lead to big goals and I’ll tell you all about my newly set target in the following article.
I also wanted to show you a typical gootd,as in gym outfit of the day. Since autumn is upon us and winter on it’s way, I stick to long tights, Nike Roshe One’s and throw on a hyperwarm shirt, such as this one or a big, cozy hoodie when leaving home. After all I don’t want to get sick, so warmth first!
