It was time to finally get the gladiators out, even if the wind still felt a little chilly on the toes. But after all we’re approaching June with flying steps and I plan to take these steps with this pretty pair of blush nude sandals. This poudre mellow pink is definitely my number one choice of color for spring season and it will probably make it with me through summer as well, since this shade looks so nice against a slightly tanned skin.
Yesterday I had another check-up and I’m quite pleased with what I achieved so far. I lost some more inches and moreover finally reduced my body-fat percentage to 19,5%. I never thought it would be possible to get it down lower than 20% any time soon, so that totally made my day. Eating right and working out has become a part of my daily life, a routine if you might say so. Of course there’s some days where I’d rather would rather dive into a huge, cheese covered pizza but then I just keep reminding myself about how awful it will make me feel afterwards (bellyaches and so on) and I stick to my chicken and broccoli.
In order to stay on track I do allow myself a day of ,,I-eat-whatever-I-want” every two weeks. But on that day I’m still restraining myself a little bit since stuffing all types of nasty, fat-dripping food in my tummy isn’t what I’m looking for. I’d rather enjoy a plate of pasta, a huge bowl of fruits with cream on top or my favorite Ben&Jerry’s ice cream.
