heels zara outfit blogger ripped destroyed cigarette

With Monday off due to the Easter holidays, the week feels so short and our trip to Cologne is getting closer and closer. I’m so excited to finally visit the FIBO exhibition and support my sister, who became vice-champion of Luxembourg this past weekend, at the Miss Fibo Power Beauty contest. We will be a group of ten people, most of them being total fitness-addicts, so it will be lots of fun.

I already made a list with the stands and athletes I want to visit and, if they’re not too busy, take some photos (Calls for a groupie alarm right?) Since I was also told that there are people actually going through a diet without even competing or working at one of the many stands, I’m so curious to see if there’s actually guys wearing stringers and girls being in shorts and crop tops just for the sake of it. As for me, I will go with a casual and comfortable type of look, because after all, I have to tote my entire camera equipment around and just need to wear something that doesn’t need to be pulled every single minute. Guess I’ll go with a look similar to the one I’m sharing here today.

This outfit is, somewhat, a first-timer for me, since I felt like trying a different type of cut in terms of jeans, namely cigarette trousers. Also referred to as ,,munchkin pants” by my funny sister. They’re loser than skinny jeans, which makes them a tad more comfortable and the fact that they’re totally damaged makes me like them even more. Another plus: They look rad with heels as well as with sneakers or flats, hence very versatile. Yup I already tried all of these at home in front of the mirror, like I always do when I have a new clothing-crush. My closet usually looks like a huge mess afterwards as I’m taking out every single shirt, sweater and other tops to check how they fit with the new piece. Am I the only one doing so?I guess not;)

[…] I guess I should also mention that they get you weird looks from strangers, that are probably thinking ,,Who would spend money on an entirely destroyed pair of jeans”?Well,I would;) Of course, they’re not the wear to work type of pants, so I usually try to take them out every single weekend with either heels to make them a bit more chic or all easy with a pair of sneakers likes the Adidas Superstar. If you want to check what the pants look like when worn, head over to this post […]
