Just dropping in a super quick hello on this Monday that came with snow, brought some sun and ended with a thunderstorm. All in one, what a kick start to this new week. But what can I say?I’m already in need of weekend again, because I’m so sleepy after this very busy day that I want to snooze all day long. Is it noticeable in the photos? I think so;)
As you might be aware, I recently started a new work out schedule and received a personalized meal plan from my sister’s coach who’s also checking on my form every two weeks. That being said I already lost 2,6kg in the first fourteen days and 0,4%of body fat. It’s not a lot but it’s still something and this small result is enough to motivate me to keep going.
Now I just need to adapt myself to this whole meal preparation thing, because I’m far from being the best chef. Just to give you an example : my potatoes are either mushy or stony and the meat either dry or bloody. Maybe you won’t believe it, but cooking is such an exhausting thing for me to do. It really freaks and stresses me out. Even more when there’s two or three meals to prepare in advance. Talk about a total mental overload. And then there’s of course these very intense work-outs, oh hell, don’t get me started on them. After the first leg work out I literally puked and felt so weak. My legs were shaking and my entire body felt like it was my first time being active. Now that you know the reason behind these tired eyes I wish you a good night and a nice sleep.
